    Question Trailer Stub Axles

    G'day All

As some of you know I just brought myself a camper trailer. Said camper trailer has an ALKO suspension on it and I was wondering if its possible to put a LR hub on it somehow. That way I can share my spare rangie rims between the trailer and the fender.

    Any ideas?

    Cheers

If your going to spend money then why not put brakes on it instead, its only a couple of hundred more. Should just get change out of $450 (ring around) including a brake controller.
Alko axle should already have the brackets on them to mount the brakes to.

    See http://www.alko.com.au/vehicle/hubs_...ailerhubs.html

There are quite a few listed there.

Same question here. I want to upgrade my trailer to Disco rims. Can't you buy Disco Hubs at Alko ? I've seen them listed but there are different ones.

    Trailer Hubs

    G'day Guys

The camper already has electric drum brakes on it. I currently have 2 spare RR rims for Princess Fiona (Damn Sexy to I might add) . If I can get RR hubs for the ALKO suspension then I will purchase 2 more, give the crap steel ones the flik and only have to carry 2 spares for the entire shooting match.
