Alright
so after picking the car up this morning from clutch & Brake specialist who replaced the master and slave cylinders both I now have full neumatic pressure and clutch pedal releases all the way out ,something I have not experienced for quite sometime, so yes clutch feels normal . However the Clucth itself is on the way outc , guys i wanta put in a heavier clucth in as apposed to original d1 clutch
are there any suggestions ?

Yes there is, just order a Defender 110/ 130 spec clutch kit, it will have a better friction plate with better dampening, and supposedly the cover plate has a heavier clamping force. This is all I fit to any 200 or 300 Tdi. Don't forget to replace the fork and spigot bush at the same time.
