Agreed get them to sort it out. But you want to demand perfection. As you pay a fortune for your insurance. May as well use it to the best

    Robocop,
The Extreme decal's are a factory part. Part No. starts with a HYM_ _ _ _
Cant remember the last 4 digits as i havent ordered one for a while, something like a 1315..but cant remember exactly.
Comes in a set of 3, L/H & R/H rear 1/4 panel decals as well as the one on the L/H/S rear panel. Keep all of them as u have paid for them.
    Cheers

At a 100KM, any parts touched will be damaged in some way, get as much replaced as possible. A mate got rear-ended in his 6x6 by a medium sized rice burner ie Camry. Virtually no damage to the 6x6, but some unexplained premature mechanical failures through the drive-train ensued over the next 12months, that, of course, were not covered by insurance!. A pain in the neck seeing as the vehicle is used primarily for work.

Thanks for your input guys, I will look into the part numbers. Like I said apparently land rover is giving the pannel beater the run around. Which would not suprise me.

You can have mine if you like.

Personally I wouldn't bother - I considered taking mine off but haven't got around to it.

I used to work for a panel beater years back.
if it is your insurance your going thru, demand the following
New rim, New Diff complete less center and brakes, Housings bend easy and dont show it up, but they cause vibration. if they refuse then get a 4 wheel alignment showing the camber, caster and toe at the rear.
if the rim is buckled, id bet my left nut on the housing haveing a bend.
BTW i dont have a left nut, Nam wound...........

I had the same panel replaced last year after a delaminated tyre tore the mud guard off, taking a chunk of the panel with it. I waited weeks and weeks for the rear panel to come from the UK, as at the time their were none in Oz. They replaced the xtreme sticker as part of the job under insurance, so I know it is available.

The Xtreme decal is part number HYM1178.

It's listed as a decal set so make sure you get the unused decals from your repairer .
