Not many dealers in Perth so we know who you're on about and it's par for the course for them. They did the 20.000klm service on my Td5 Defender and I took it back as not one plug apart from the sump had been removed, even to check the oil level.
They only do the engine oil because that's easy to see on the dipstick whether it's been changed or not.
Plenty of good specialist people around though and they're who'll I'll go to when I get something I can't fix with a bigger hammer.
