    warped exhaust manifolds...

Hi - am just wondering if you (actually your Landie) has had a warped exhaust manifold...

if it has.. can you advise what, if any, engine modifications have been done to the vehicle, please?

    thanks in advance,

had one on a petrol 2.25 after we ran it nearly 200 miles sans water....

    2 gaskets fixed it.

I have a TD5 manifold with a stud missing.... does that count?

Not sure where it went but there is a hole with black soot around it.

In a situation like this I would explain to my missus that extractors were around the same price and .........

DO they make them for TD5's?

    Opportunity to upgrade......

Don't want to hijack the thread but has anyone replaced an exhaust manifold stud?
