Nice work. At least it should not fill with gunk like drum does.

Bushie, you interested in producing a kit for the LT230-I'm running a PTO-standard Maxi-Drive- if it fits, at a reasonable price, but its gotta be worth your while........

Yeah
Bushy560, I can see the connection, unfortunately nothing to do with me - now if someone wanted to produce one for me I might be interested.

Here is a company in the Uk that sells kits for doing this.
http://www.x-eng.co.uk/X-BrakeDef.asp

Have seen it done before with a brake capiper from a ford feista. They are cable drive and can be added to the hand brake of a landy easy

I have a X-eng disc handbrake on my rangie - LT230 with maxi-drive hyd pto. To work with the hyd pto, I mounted the caliper at about 1 o'clock but I have a 2-1/2" body lift - not sure how that would go without the body lift. I also tapped new mounting holes for the pump to rotate it for better clearance for the inlet fitting and hose.
The good thing about the x-eng brake is the great clamping force from the lever operated caliper.
