Yep - the squarish one held on by two small bolts and with three small hoses connected - one at bottom and other two at right angles on top - and a two pin electrical connection on the bottom.
Part No. for 2001 Disco is PMX 100130

Sorry for hassling ya's but which one is which, pics are too small for me too see. roundish one in bottom pic is ...?. Anyone got bigger pics of them please, as I have a thin film of oil around mine and am wondering whether mine needs changing as I have slight similar issues up hills etc
Thanks Steve
The round one sitting on the top of the turbo is the actuator for the wastegate. When the modulator allows pressure through, and when there is enough pressure, it pushes on an internal diaphram and pushes the rod out which pushes the lever that it's connected to which opens the wastegate allowing some of the exhaust gases to by pass the exhaust turbine wheel in effect slowing down the turbo internal RPM.
I don't know why it would get oil around it, unless there is oil in your air intake that is getting up there through the air lines. Or perhaps if one of the oil lines to the turbo is leaking.
Thanks for the replies I'll check the hoses on/around it.
Cheers Steve
