TDi radiator hose
Howsit, I just bought a 99 Discovery TDi, I already had to replace the Aircon and auxillary drive belts, they just disintergrated, and i now noticed that the upper radiator hose keeps sucking flat, if i release the coolant surge tank cap the hose returns to normal, is this a sign of another problem or is this normal.
Please help

Stick a new cap on it, the cap has a two way valve to equalise pressures after cooling down and it isn't doing its job.

Check the heater hose that runs around the rear of the block as well, I had one chafe through that cost me a head gasket.
