Good to see things are nearly sorted, let's hope you don't need to change a tyre out there

OK, well I worked on the car a fair bit this weekend and had today off.
I have fitted the gas strut to the back door. Thanks weeds and Rosco for your work on this. I reckon it's going to be something I will be very glad I did
It took a heap of swear words getting the bracket just right, but I think it's perfect as it pulls the door closed as well which was just what I wanted.
The CDMA antenna is in too. This took ages to do as running the cable was a pain as well as making the bracket. I'm not sure how that one will go as it might wobble a bit but we'll see. I tested it under our house. The phone was dropping in and out of signal. When plugged into the antenna it only went up to two bars and I thought I might have just wasted a day. However I made a call and I think it's be highest call quality I've ever had out of that phone
I also made up a maglight bracket which mount sits next to the cubby box. cool.
I finalised my inverter mounts and hooked it up. Seems pretty natty. The mount is solid and there is enough space to cool so I think that ones a take.
I'm hoping to finish all this stuff on Friday/saturday. That will leave Sunday Monday and Tuesday to pack. We head off on Wednesday
