I think rovacom only works with LRs with ECUs, or do you mean Rave disc? In which case check out Markets tab at top of page.

To get the fan off, you could do with one of those flat spanners designed for the job. They are a useful addition to any toolkit.

Failing that, a hammer & punch will work but you run the risk of damaging it.

As for the disks... I think you mean RAVE. Not sure if RAVE goes back far enough to cover the 200TDi...

i had this problem getting the fan off mine (300Tdi) when i did the timing belt, fortunately i did it at my mechanics workshop and he has a spanner that he used to get fans of falcons, which he had ground down thinner on a bench grinder, i had to grind a bit more but it worked. If you cant get the tool, buy a single spanner the right size and grind the head thinner and thinner until it fits, that will get you out of trouble and will be much cheaper than a special tool.
