FINALLY IT HAS STOPPED! Hurrah! That bloody annoying ticking from what I can only assume was my lifetrs (new) has finally dissapeared. I spent the weekend pulling over 100 ft trees and dragging them up the paddock and it seems the load on the engine seems to have somehow removed that god awful ticking. I can't explain the technicalities but I love the outcome. There was another guy on this site involved with me on the same thread with this problem a few months ago who lives in the Inner West of Sydney. Mate, go pull over some trees!
