Those things are lifting eyes, 16mm metric with a reinforcing plate behind it, and a nylock nut. They make a good place to hook on when using a pulley block. $4 ea at my local nut and bolt shop (Industrial fasteners). Hardest part was drilling a 16mm hole in steel.
My number plate now lives on the grill ( I edited it out on the pic).
I'll price some premade 2 gauge wire, and see what I can come up with about moving the control box or putting it in a waterproof box.
I got some eyes from a lifting place and they are rated at about 3.2 T i think ( thats straight ahead not a side load) for $16 each.
