    Cool Defender Slide Window Locks .. Can they be removed.. ?

    I am about to get my fender some slick glass's .. I mean window tint...

    But I want to get the locks off the sliding doors before I go over and get it done, can they be removed with no damage ?

    If they are the same as the ones on my 110 they are held by a phillips headed screw between the two bits you squeeze.

    LR do not sell them ? WTF ?!?!

    Also has anyone put Tint on windows with a small scratch on them ?

    Found one on the back side window and wondering how the tint will look going over it!

    To be honest I haven't asked LR - the little circlips to hold the window winders on were going to be $7.70 each!!!! So I am still searching else where to find the clips you were asking about

    Go to a wreckers, I believe from past experience they are all the same size, pick a parts is good for little things like that
