Anderson connectors?
Morning troops
I'm having a blonde moment ...........
What are those ubeaut electrical connections called ?
The grey HD 12V jobbies for fridges etc. The ones that are quite expensive, but can be bought cheaper on eBay. I need to upgrade my fridge connections.
Cheers
Anderson connectors?
Andersons can also be bought at Jaycar, Bias Boating, and probably Whitworths boating.
eBay might be cheaper but the postage some people charge.........

Assuming it is Anderson connectors you need I bought mine off Jaycar. However I have since discovered that Drivesafe from this site (look for the Traxide site banner) sells them for about half what Jaycar does.
see drivesafe's website www.traxide.com.au he sells them about as cheaply as they come.

I have always used Caterpillar buddy plugs, but then, before retirement, I never had to pay for them.

Hella (& Narva) make these plugs which can be used in both a heavy duty socket and a regular cigarette lighter socket. They retail for between $12-$18 ea. ARB sell them, as do BURSONS. I lifted this image from the HELLA catalogue.
I have the h/duty plugs in the back of the Defender, so my fluro light and spotlight have these plugs so they can be plugged in the back, or by slipping on the cover plate, they can be plugged into the regular 12V socket on the dash.
