Thread: CDL D2 linkage

I have the same setup and purchased a manual cable kit from Graeme Cooper Automotive. See www.lrexpert.com.au

It is also possible to get the little stick (low range selector) mechanism and cable from a wrecker (post 2003+? model) and put that in.

I put the kit in myself. With a hole saw and stepper drill it wasn't too bad.

You certainly don't need to import, there are multiple suppliers here in AUS.
