Mine does it as well 93 v8 disco but only on really bad corrigations the hazards flash but no fuel cut off on petrol or lpg zacc
Mine does it too if I hit a bump even moderately hard (especially with the front right wheel for some reason...). No fuel shutoff though, everything keeps going just with the hazard lights on. Ignition off and on (once) fixes it but that means pulling over which is sometimes embarrasing if your in the middle of a convoy...![]()

Gee it it seems that common, I wonder if LR ever had a recall on it?
As I understand it, the Inertia Switch on the Discovery is a Manual Reset push switch located behind the washer tank. Blknight mentioned this ^ ^.
Seems to me, that if things were bad enough this would cut the fuel off, bring on the hazards, & I read somewhere, brings on the interior lights, (not 100% sure about that one)
As the fuel pump is not stopping, it would appear the problem lies elsewhere.
