 Twine Hot Shower in D3

I recently changed my TD5 Defender for a Petrol Disco 3 (getting old, yeah I know).
Most of the aftermarket goodies have been transfered across, but I am left with a Twine Hot Shower system on the floor in the garage. Redback suggested it wouldn't work on the new truck because of the climate control system. Has anyone ever mounted one on a D3? Any tip?

I'm sure you could get it to work. After all hot water comes out of the head for the heater and goes back in somewhere, maybe a short bypass hose that only gets used for the shower.
Must be a way.
