    Engine cleanup and re-paint

Well i finally finished repainting my engine and engine bay last week. I decided to do this becaue i had to wait a month for a new T-case gear to be made. Pulled pretty much every part off the engine, bead blasted all the parts and then painted, man what a job replaced all hoses and also got the Alternator re-built. The ISUZU 4BB1 has now had a real face lift

the photos were taken before the alternator and some of the hoses were put back in.

don't worry, she still leaves her mark in every carpark, just not in the area under the engine

Looks really good, be interesting to see to before and afters after a few thousand k's.

As for oil leaks, I have done about 350k's since the engine was out, still no leaks from the engine.

Transfer case is a bit different it leaves enough of a mess to compensate for the engine .

I know what you mean about the T case, pretty much impossible to stop it bloody leaking.
