Looks like a mil spec connector - more quality than required,
Unless you can procure one 'surplus to requirements' it might be easier to change to something more common like a cigarette lighter socket, or an xlr type socket available at ubiqutous dick or jaycar or altronics, heres one Altronics - Your One Stop Electronics Shop
It is a standard type industrial connector. I can't remember the DIN number, but Binder make them.
I've used them before with FESTO servo-pneumatic gear.
