    Question Disco 2 Off Road Mode

    Hi,
    Recently with my Disco 2 when I glow it and the light check is done the off road mode light stays on.

    The light goes out when the ignition is started and the engine runs.

    I have checked it and everything works as it should when you operate the off road mode button the sls goes up and down.

    Any ideas?

    Is that wht my Disco is never any good offroad....I have never pressed the "off-road" button.

    The airbags seem ok and no leaks
    I might get under with some soapy water on the weekend

    I presume it's either the mode button on the ZF or something to do with the SLS (I don't have this, offroaders shouldn't have airbags)

    its a button you press to raise the rear end up to give extended clearance (for sls equiped discos) cant remember what the button looks like.. but its next to the descent control button.

    i'll check mine too in a bit..

    the button is the one below the yellow descent control.. (for peoples info)

    there are 2 lights on the dash.. the orange one next to the trailer light at top right cluster (i think thats the off road one.. ie raised rear) and the sls light which is the one at the bottom next to the descent control one..

    i think my sls one stays on for a bit while the suspension levels...?
