SOB SOB My Defender drivers seat is disintegrating (falling apart) The moulded high density foam lining is splitting and allowing the frame to stick in my rear end. Are these foam pieces available from anywhere?
Paddocks (cheap) or Exmoor trim (Far from cheap, but huge range and know their stuff) in the UK, or anyone here that can get Britpart stuff.
Mine are knackered too, but I'm looking at some sports seats as a possible option. Downside is I'll lose easy access to the battery box and the tool space under the seats, but I can work around that. This way, I'll also get to sort some much needed leg room for the drivers position.

I did mine using foams from Exmoor Trim. I have written an article about it for the next issue of the "Aulroian" - get onto Fenian about when it is coming out!
Very happy with the results, although time alone will tell how durable. Note that I found it necessary to carry out some repairs to the seat base frame.
Total cost was around $100 from memory, and the job took the best part of a day, although that was partly dictated by the need to allow paint to dry.
Hope this helps,
John

No, I only got the foams for the seat cushion, not the back, and nothing else except for some of the little pegs. I have now looked at the card transactions, and it is a bit higher than I remembered - total was 54.26pounds sterling, which translated to $134.26 plus an international transaction fee of $3.36. Nearly half the price was postage.

I've got the Trakkers from Exmoor Trim in my 110...

My drivers seat did the same and I had a local upholsterer re do it. He did a great job and now is very comfortable.
