Dashboard fan for S1 update Disco

Seems to be blowing gangbusters on the passenger side, and all lamo on the drivers side. That's on both a/c and heat settings.

Anyone else suffered this little gem?

I would say if its blowing fine on 1 side then the fan is ok, possibly a vent hose has dislodged or the vents are closed on that side ?

The fan is providing air with great force on the passenger side vents and.........

There are 2 fans for the interior, with separate motors running them. They're mounted side by side under the dash and are a major job to get to. Unfortunately, it's likely one of them has failed. If you're lucky it might just be a dodgey electrical connection to one of the motors, but it's still a major job PITA to get to.

If this a later model D1 (I read the words "D1 Update") then there is only one fan motor and only one fan.

I think it's only one fan in the car, although I'm not sure. It does not have separate fan controls, just output temp.

The fan that is working is blowing fine and still blows a bit of air out the drivers vents, just nowhere near as much as the passengers.

    And yes, it's a D1 update. 1995 model.
