I get 11.5L/100km with the auto conversion.
i am thinking buying 110 or 130 dualcab ,are there owners that can give me fuel economy between them
I get 11.5L/100km with the auto conversion.
I get 9/9.5lt per 100 outta a Td5 manual
You will use about 10% more fuel with a Td5 over a 300Tdi.
I averaged 10.1 litres/100km from my old 200Tdi Defender over about 100,000kms. However, with 62,000kms on the Td5 Defender so far, I am only averaging 11.6 litres/100km.
Roger
300Tdi 110 SW
Best 10 litres per 100km
Worst 13 litres per 100km (towing a high load)
Urban 11.5 litres per 100km
Those figures are calculated over 12 months, 20,000+km.
I get 10ltr per hundred every day in my 2001 defender
Im guessing a TDi is a cheaper re-build option than a TD5.The TD5 hasnt got too good a reputation!!!!!
Happy enough with my TD5 Disco, but as Frenchie says"I dont trust the thing"
Plenty of TD5 HORROR STORYS AROUND.
