I know there is plenty of information about what works and doesn't work on a Discovery 1 as far as suspension is concerned, however I didn't want to highjack an existing post so here is a new one.
1) I'm after a 2 inch lift for my 95 V8 Disco, (trying to keep it in line with that whole "legal" requirement stuff )
Does that mean that I should be aiming for a 2.5 to 3 inch to allow for sagging? The disco is currently stock, however as time progresses, it will have some goodies including a steel bar and winch, dual battery and recovery gear.
Second part to that question, is it best to get the 2 inch lift on new springs and then as the weight gets added, throw in some spacers? or are spacers a waste of space (couldn't resist the punt

!!)
2) I found these on wonderful ebay.http://cgi.ebay.com.au/LOVELLS-GAS-L...QQcmdZViewItem
Lovells Gas shocks with a price tag of $360 for a set as per the description ?? (I've sent them an email to ask if it is correct) Has anyone had any experience with Lovells Shocks? From what I've read here, Lovell's shocks are good, however I have not found anything on shocks yet.
Thanks
Wrex
