Thanks Dave, if you could take a squizz it would be much appreciated. Do the work vehicles have metal ones, or plastic?

Hmmmm DAAAAAAVE... MAAAAAAAAATE :D :D :D
The black grill pieces are all interchangeable between County's and Defenders. I think a metal grill is a good idea as the radiator is very vulnerable to stick or animal/bird strike damage with only the flimsy plastic grill in front of it - I'd almost go so far as to call it a design fault:eek: - there are better protected radiators on road cars............
I wouldnt mind getting a stainless one
we have that grill on our 90 never had a problem

The freight from the UK isn't all that bad and the products are great.
here's a few piccies of a very practical grille. Remeber it's designed so that air conditioning filter media can be sandwiched between it to protect the rad and condenser from grass seeds and locusts and the weldmesh is pretty tough.
I've modified it from original (cut and re-welded) so that the weldmesh is at the leading edge of the angle iron, rather than at the back, giving more clearance for the condenser fan (which isn't fitted ATM.)
