    coil spacers

    Has anyone had experience with these (Poly Type) I was thinking around 30mm front and rear.

    Got them on my Discovery, hav'nt had any problems at all, they seem fine

    i have fitted rancho 20mm in the front. no problems as yet

    If you already have a lift, you'll find that your shocks will top out and that your ABS lines may be at full stretch.

    I used them on top of my OME suspension and found that they compressed my springs in the longer term and I removed them and replaced them with air bags.

    I also managed to damage two - they tend to split with time.

    Keep your lift moderate and they will probably do the job - expect too much lift and you may have problems.
