Thread: 4wd camera system

Hi all,
I'm thinking of setting up a wireless camera system to put on the cars when we go 4wding in convoy. And I'm just wondering if anyone has done anything like this and what sort of equipment they used in terms of cameras, microphones and recorders. What I was thinking was setting up 4 cameras with microphones wirelessly on 2.4Ghz. And one car carry a 4 channel recorder... But it seems like DVR's don't often come with an audio input for each video input. Also i'm iffy on the recording quality of them too.

In short, has anyone done a wireless camera system with audio for the 4wding adventures? I'm keen to make something up for myself and my 4wding mates.

...Or buy a RaRo with VentureCam.
