    weight reductions

How much weight could you remove from a RRC and still retain a legally registered vehicle. Things like sound deadening, carpets, roof lining, interior panels etc.... what is needed and what is just useless bling

You could strip the back seats out (except for rego), carpets, sound dead, roof lining, bull bar, change the glass for poly carbonate or perspex for the rear (perspex breaks sharp). Probably strip out the doors, drop the spare tyre, change the front seats for something sports or even a home grown mesh and rail seats, alloy rims.

Why do you want lose all the extra weight, are you creating a road burner range rover?

Tape up all the panel gaps, remove the front grille and bumper, remove the aerial, windscreen wipers (illegal i guess). Plus the plastic sills, headlight surrounds, door trims, center console, air conditioning drive belt, road bias stock size tyres.
