If you want to run OziExplorer ( a common program people run topo maps with ), the device needs to use Windows Mobile 5 as an operating system. Otherwise I suspect you'll be limited to whatever maps you can buy from the maker of your device or the mapping program that runs on it.
it has Windows CE Net 4.2 Core on it maybe i can upgrade ?
