Buy the scoop at an auto accessory shop and buy the plumbing (rain water fittings and plastic tube) at bunnings and save yourself 200+ of those 299 oxfords.

I saw one of these on a LandCriuser a while back. Unfortunately they didn't think of putting a proper snorkel top on it. Instead they fitted a down pipe leaf trap to it! (facing forward of-course) Looked pretty 'special'

someone in england does a dam good copy of a safari (with only just looking at a safari from the outside its identical including the head). We have bought 3 of these, and had them delivered on our doorstep for around $290au each. I bought them off the 3rd seller listed below for 111 pounds, but it looks like he has put his prices up since. No trouble fitting them, however 1 bolt is a bit tricky to get to. I also had to cut about 100mm off the top of the upright, as it was way higher than my roof (and uneven with the 200tdi safari snorkel on the other side). Steer clear of the very early safari ones too if you find one 2nd hand, they are a smaller diameter than the later model ones.
