Hi there,my 99 td5 is coming up to it's 200K service planning on removing the intercooler and flushing it out then maybe fitting a couple of drain plugs to the bottom(if possible) so next time can be done in place I am going to fit a oil capture tank to stop oil from the tappet cover vent hose getting into the inlet system and cooler.

Change all oils including power steer and ace and replace the fan belt idler bearing anyone know the number of the bearing?? and the fan belt do not need to do the cooling system as I had done this a couple of months ago,anything else need doing?? or checking will be checking wheel bearings for play and drive shafts as well(do this at all 10K service)
