i had the same problem by just changing the tune resistor.
Basically looked at the resistor lists in the RRC manual and selected a different non cat one i think from UK spec. Ran like a dream but wouldnt idle and kept stalling if you didnt keep your foot on the pedal. I didnt change any MAF setings either. This probably has no specific value and my glass of red is getting slowly empty......!
