Re-waterproofing canvas - for my baot cover

    G'day Guys,

I had a noice canvas cover made about 2 years ago for my boat, Bayliner bowrider, and need to re apply some waterproofing. for outside storage its perfect and only a small part of the hull is exposed to the weather.

Can anyone recommend a product and how to apply?

    THX in advance,

    might be a silly question

would that be fine to use on a swag ???
would the canvas still breath if it was applied to the outside.............

I was unable to find it recently at any camping or hardware store - BUT, found it is stocked by most horse and riding supply places!

Joseph Liddy's thinned out about 50%, great for anything canvas, and should be ok for swags as well.

Thin with turps, for the soft top, apply unthinned by brush to the outside, preferably in hot weather (should be easy this time of year).

Try not to get it on your paintwork if you have matte paint.
