And a set of spanners that grip the side, (flat) edge of the nut not the corners, great for when you have a rounded nut.
Both sets are well worth the money and were only about $15 a set from super cheap !
yep great stuff, excepting you cant put them onto a clutch line....
Done. Finished. What a pain in the @$$. Couldn't seperate the lower end of the flex hose from the slave cyl pipe, so removed the pipe from the slave cyl and bent, bent, bent the bracket until it broke (couldn't get to the bolt without removing the slave cyl and didn't want to do that), then seperated it, and re-used the pipe.
Couldn't get my "one-man bleed kit" to work so did it the traditional two-man way. Clutch is now as hard as... well, it's hard.
Rovercare, the hex flare nut spanner was a top idea (once i found a set i could afford :p - $80 for a set of 3, i got em for $7.99 at super-cr@p :D:D:D).
If anyone is interested (may be good for people searching old threads), the metal pipe nuts are 7/16th (11mm will do). Securing nuts for flex hose are 13/16th and 15/16th. Took a while for me to work this out - got a few strange looks in the shop trying spanners on my old greasy slave cylinder and hose :D).

There is only 2 ways to bleed, rover clutch and brakes, and that's 1. what I used to use, was a cap and fitting I made to pressurise the master cylinder, and now 2. a vacuum bleeder, should have bought one years ago;)
out of curiosity have yoiu tried using a reverse bleeder to do it?
