Castrol LMM
Hey guys just wondering which grease everyone uses on their drivetrain of their fenders?? Was wondering if their was one readily available from repco or supercheap?

Castrol LMM
I've been using Castrol EPL2
Extreme pressure grease.
I believe, Lithium based for water resistance.
LXII lithium based
and Marine grade for boat engines on non-bearing parts like "A" frame ball joint etc
another Castrol LMM (NLGI 2, lithium complex, 3% Molybdenum di-suphide) user and it's all I've used for chassis lube over the last twenty years.
Moly is really good for splines, ball joint's and uni's.
Lithium soap or a Lithium complex isn't very good for water resistance. Aluminium is slightly better, but Calcium Sulphonate is the best. The best marine grade greases use this as the thickener, and it's compatible with lithium based greases.
CAT market a range of Calcium Sulphonate greases with 5% MoS2 for their off road gear that I reckon would be the ducks nuts. One day I might get some.
