I never got a definitive answer for this -

IF fitting the Def (46mm piston) calipers, do you need to run the defender master / booster?

I have the calipers, just need spacers.

I thought that if you got both the caliper and disc then it all just bolted in.???
    Do you still need spacers?

I have county calipers which i was given.

Still need spacers for the ones I have, as they are solid.

Adam try RangeRov, they can get the spacers and where the cheapest i found - although they did only supply the spacers.
I was going to get the rebuild kit x 2 & longer brake pad pins from the UK and rebuild.
    Bolts are easy.

I had an email from Triumph rover spares.

YOU GET 2 NEW VENTED DISCS NEW UPRATED PAS 1 PIN KIT 4 CALIPERS SPACERS ALL FOR 440 DOLLARS THE LOT

This might be a stupid question but what is "uprated PAS 1 pin kit"?

I will see what it will cost if I got new calipers to suit the vented discs rather than use my old calipers but I reckon this kit might save a lot of money

My 84 rangie has metric fittings.

If I was doing this, I would get the large piston calipers from Paddocks.

Not any more, I rang them a few weeks back after searching and finding one of your posts

They sell the kit at ~450, but apparantly haven't sold one for quite a while.
