    Dull Passenger Headlight D1

    Hi,

Before I start looking as I suspect this could be a mongrel to find.....

Has anyone had trouble with a dull "yellow" passenger side headlight (low and high beam). I'm suspecting it may be the switch... it died a while ago and I was able to fix it up but suspect it may be dying again (last time high beam wouldn't work) No upgrade kit to lights yet... coming. Or possibly bad power supply.

Have so far replaced globes as I suspected it may have be on the way out, drivers is fine but was replaced about 6 months ago after a roo incident.

Any thoughts before "The Games Begin"

I've had this also as the plug into the back of the light globe itself degrades.
    Cheers

OK Thanks, should have thought that through, sort of dismissed it as I had changed the globe and "assumed", very dangerous the terminals would be ok, will give it a clean up now

If it's the black wire that's melted, relays aren't going to help that problem.

You'd need to upgrade the wiring too, including the earth wires.

Thats how I sorted mine, ending up using a Traxide headlight loom over the factory one.

Sorry should have been clearer, upgrade the lot and include relays.
