    Premium silicone hoses have 3-4 layers of reinforcing (e.g. sfs, Samco, and retail usually around $70/51mm/90*), cheapies 2-3 layers, but are still capable of handling 25 psi.

    These have 3 layers. - so they're either cheapies or premium
