    Hoist

Righto, its time to add another toy to the shed, looking at a 2 post hoist to complement the pit

Need something that'll hold plenty of rovers and the old boys......79series troopy and of course normal cars

Wan't overhead links, nothing on the ground between the posts and sub3k ideally, where to buy one from, will fit ourselfs, although have to put some decent founds in

Who has one? what would you have different? where'd ya get it? and of course how much?

I got an American one. It is fantastic.

3.5 Tonnes lift (it is actually a 9000Lb hoist).

    Here's the link:

If you want the details of the guy in Australia to contact let me know and I'll dig up his email. He was very good to deal with.

They organised transport from Sydney to Adelaide and I just put it up with the help of 2 friends. It took about 4 hours and a dozen or so beers.

    Cheers

Actually I've saved you 3800, after buying the transmission jack, the joys of a high paying shift job, buy toys for the shed AND get time to use them

By the way, I'm after a 4-5tonne Isuzu cab over, for around 2-3k aswell so I can put a beaver tail and winch on it

Must be diesel, with good running gear, kinda local, cab can be rough, but repairable
