    where to buy new engines

    has anyone brought a 4.6 high comp motor ?
    i was just wondering what it cost and where did you get it from

    New or 2nd hand?

    Full motor or just short motor?


    Very hard to get high comp motors new here.

    I picked up a 2nd hand short motor for $2500. I have just bought a set of high comp pistons which will be going in.

    Ask Ron about 4.6 motors. He has just had his rebuilt bu Bruce Davis. At last count it was up over $10k

    Would probably cost more than your P38 is worth, then again, my engine is worth more than my POS
