    Same on the Disco's.

The only thing different between the V8's are the size of the pads/calipers, the H clip which holds the pads in and the pad/disc material.

But I must say, if it takes you more than about 5 mins a side your drinking too much beer while doing the job.

    Any excuse though

I just did mine with my eyes closed lol, I have spare discs but I havnt got around to changing them yet.

I promissed 953 Dean that I would show him what is involved so it will also require some logistics to do.

The rotors are a pain to change however. On lots of other vehicles they can be easily removed without dismantling the entire hub............

My 86 County is due for new pads soon. Unfortunately, the caliper pistons are corroded and the chrome is flakey so no point pushing them back in!

Also have pitted swivel ball, so a front axel strip is going to fill my weekend, and empty my pocket

    It's worth it though.

If I changed the pads that fast, the missus'd find something else for me to do,
like mowing the lawn, painting the house, fixing the dunny.........

But you're right, (the front pads on the Falcon are about a six pack)...
