    Stock, the 300TDi boost pressure should be 1bar.

    If you're fiddling with the boost pressure, you could do with changing the spring in the top of the pump to make it more progressive up to max boost. Otherwise, you'll hit max fueling very early on, while the boost is still coming on.

    Obviously, you can compensate by turning up the pump but that will then mean it'll be out for the lower end of the range & it'll smoke like a good 'un.

    On my 90 i have put in a K & N style filter which gave it a bit more life and a straight stainless pipe from the turbo to the intercooler which improved the power too. Along with silicon hoses on the turbo.
    Also have the rear box removed on the 90 too. But that was to make space for the rear tank , but did help with the power

    Junk the old 300 TDI, and sorce a 3.9 Isuzu Turbo deisel, and whack it in.

    You'll want to stick the Isuzu gearbox in too.

    Nope, much much quieter than a 200tdi. Haven't sat at the lights next to a 300tdi yet.

    My 90 is qutie quick of the lights . Surprised qutie a few 110's and disco's around brisbane
    porberley somthing to do with the fact that the misses drives the 90 like a hot hatch or go kart. She loves screaming around town in it racing everything that moves
