How is the ride harsh exactly? airbags are not what you need unless you are talking about a full air spring conversion, but i wouldnt bother, way to much cost involved.

Ive never found the stock disco 2 to be a harsh ride though so perhaps something else is up. Perhaps a set of new springs and shocks(my bilsteins rode very nicely) that would definetly help the ride on road.

The only place the ride in my D2 is hard (with standard suspension) is badly corrugated road - thats live axle for you. I have taken the same roads with an IFS NS Pajero and it was a carpet ride in comparison... but then again the NS offroad is not a patch on the D2...nor is the steering for that matter (oddly enough given the carlike aspirations of the Mitsu).
