Had the brake hoses replaced a year or so ago and the mech said they were metric, because he originally ordered the imperial ones and had to send them back.

The shocks - can't remember, vehicle's off the road at home, so can't check :( From memory (which isn't that good at the best of times!!), I think there on the same side but someone may correct me?

Will the full axles from a 1994 Disco (24 spline - 150k) easily bolt to my 1981 Rangie? For approx $500 is it worth buying these or should I speak with MaxiDrive for 1/2 shafts to suit the RR?

WHOLE diff housing are a straight swap.....axles aren't quite so simple;)

It is whole diff housing swap (with internals). Sorry for the confusion. Reckon $500 for front and rear is a fair price on 150000kms?

Yep, I'd sell you the pair I have here for $400 with 200k on them, so its much of a muchness:)

My '82 Rangie has offset shocks and metric threads. By offset I guess you mean horizontaly opposed. One points to the front of the vehicle and the other to the rear.
