    16 gallon fuel tank

I would appreciate some helpfull info on this.
alloy 16 gallon under seat fuel tank will fit series 2a & 3 Landys.
How will this tank go fitting into BB my SWB S3, would i have to change position of original tank mounts or would it go straight in.

If I'm not mistaken (it happens) the tank will fit, as the extra capacity is in depth of tank ie it hangs lower, so fixings should be the same. TJM, I believe made a 16 gallon tank like this years ago.

    Hope this helps.

You would need to remove the forward fuel tank bracket welded to the chassis. The larger tanks run forward as well as sitting lower. Depending on whether I can make it fit in my Stage 1,or not, I may have a spare smaller tank for the passenger side. This netts 90L Vs 70L with the single larger tank.

Unless I am mistaken the extra capacity is in a projection forward under the floor, so that the position of the front outrigger is different.

Actually, I'm saying have a tank lying around for fitting in my stage I, but that looks like I'll need a custom tank for the job. The second tank is likely to be surplus to requirements. see here: Underseat tanks into a wagon?

Yes it does project forward John, (told you I was mistaken sometimes) and because of this it must also hang lower.
