thankyou both i,ll go shopping in the morning
I'm using the Penrite Synthetic Gear Oil for the diffs as they both have lockers. Till now I've had the Penrite gear oil in the front, but it's current ser vice will see it get some SIN Oil too (that should read that the oil is bought & about to go in).
WHOA!!!
ARB clearly states running LSD oils with their lockers......
Use Limslip oils..... Dont use std oils in locked vehicles.
First time I've heard that.
My apologies Ind130. I'm not sure why the locker dictates in the diff or it specs LSD oil considering it does nothing remotely near the work of the CW/P or bearings and has no LSD packs that will be affected by the lubricant.
