If you are talking about the large rectangular plate - then no, there is no gasket

    In the manual it states

"Apply Hylosil RTV 102 sealant to mating face of bottom cover.

Use Loctite 290 to bolt threads, tighten in a diagonal seq to 25 Nm (18 L

The lock tight is very important though, if not used then you will get oil leaks from some of the bolts as they screw into the oil area

very early on it had a gasket, It leaked so was later done away with and replaced with Goop. If you smear some goop on the threads of the bolts and let it setup for a few hours before adding your oil it wont leak but loctite is the better answer I think 517 master gasket/flange sealant would be your best bet being rated for a reasonable sort of temperature and being proof against most liquids (but its not sensor safe)
