How did you guys do the pipe bends, they look very neat.
Did you bend it or weld on some mandrel bends?
I've just gotta save up a bit so I can get a Defender and start making some bits like yours!

any chance of drawing up some plans.......so we can all copy them......?

i would like to see some pics of where and how they bolt up to the chassis......
and....is the step section (round pipe bit) strong enough to jack the vehicle from.....?
Bit of a strange question, but do you have any idea how much they weigh?
Look very similar to my freelander sliders, similar 50x50x3.2mm tube. 6 chassis bolts, and 5 sill bolts each, VERY sturdy.
