G'day Guys,
Well after much convincing to come out of retirement DiscoWhite along with Muddymech came up to my place to show me how to make REAL sliders.
Muddymech and I basically watched and cleaned up after the glory of welding etc was done - DW was typical professional "get out of my workshop" was said a few times
So here we are 4mm wall box section 75mm x 50mm with 32mm black pipe:
after much flattening it was over to Deano my mate the panel beater to coat them with a black 2 pack paint:
End result:

Our Land Rover does not leak oil! it just marks its territory.......
They are great ..well done to all involved.
Could you please explain how you got them on to the ladder...
That makes cent.
Is it possible to rivet these, instead of weld, I would like to keep it in the Land Rover theme for my Range Rover.
Looks Great. I wish I was that handy![]()
