I knew there was a reason for oil fed bearings.:D

In some ways it doesn't seem too mad.

Except, drive flanges are pretty cheap and easy to fit - heaps quicker, I'd guess, than a thorough welding job.

The fella didn't just tack weld them on the side of the road to get himself out of trouble, he went the whole way, nice deep, all-the-way-round welds.

still not lubed for life you change the oil from the swivel pin housing side.

adjusting them should just be a case of application of the cold chisel... just a lot more vigerously than youd normally need to loosen of the nuts.....

Just to clarify, this is the axle sitting in the tray, not the one with the wheels on.
